The five meals of the day...for teens

 

During our teenage years it's important to ­eat correctly to provide our body with the amount of energy it needs for our daily activities, for example: staying awake during class, studying, playing games and much more.

  • Our breakfast can contain cereal, because it has carbohydrates  and lots of energy, fruits and dairy products.

  • The next meal is lunch and it can contain products from all the food groups.

  • Dinner shouldn't give you a stomach ache, so eat light, but sufficient. Your dinner can be from any food group.
