The five meals of the day...for teens
During our teenage years it's important to eat correctly to provide our body with the amount of energy it needs for our daily activities, for example: staying awake during class, studying, playing games and much more.

Our breakfast can contain cereal, because it has carbohydrates and lots of energy, fruits and dairy products.

The next meal is lunch and it can contain products from all the food groups.

Dinner shouldn't give you a stomach ache, so eat light, but sufficient. Your dinner can be from any food group.
